The 2020-err, 2021 is Finally Here, Warriors!
At the top of each decade (when a pandemic doesn't get in the way), the HH Arnold / WHS Alumni Association hosts a reunion 'back home' in Wiesbaden.
Classmates spanning 50+ years have come together for the 1990, 2000 and 2010 reunions, adding treasured memories
to their Wiesbaden Experience, as we brought old friends back together, and forged new friendships along the way.
The Wiesbaden Warriors are once again descending upon our old stomping grounds!
This is an important reunion that you don't want to miss, as we gather in Wiesbaden for the first time
since the 2017/2018 opening of our new high school campus on Hainerberg Hill.
Join us for an unforgetable reunion!

The Contingency Plan
Yes, Caronavirus is scary. And we are Monitoring it.
And it stinks that this is happening while we are smack in the middle of our reunion!
First: Each of us must make decisions based on what's best for ourselves. If you reach a point where you feel like the best place for you to stay is home, then that's what you need to do.
In such a case, you should contact all hotels you've reserved and get your cancelation(s) in writing. If you have purchased or are about to purchase non-refundable airfare, be sure to contact the airlines to make arrangements to use your airfare in the future. In most cases, there will be a change fee incurred (which is usually about $200), but at least you could have the opportunity to use that airfare in the future (usually up to one year) and not waste it all.
ARMY EUROPE is also monitoring developments and appears to be landing cautiously, which is a good thing.
SCENORIO: If it appears the Wiesbaden Installations will be in lock-down mode during the dates of our reunion, only allowing essential personnel onto base, clearly we will not be able to visit Hainerberg, the housing areas and Clay Kaserne (WAB) and there will be nothing we can do to change that.
This would be a big blow, BUT if there's one group in the world worth betting on in terms of resiliency, it's BRATS. We grew up that way. So what do we do? We suck it up, make the best of it and enjoy the agenda we have to work with, and each other!
In such a case, assuming travel is still taking place in and out of Germany, and there are alumni planning to be in Wiesbaden June 24 - 28, 2020, the event will go forward. And it will be an amazing event.
What About Registration Cost Refunds?
A good question, of course. We're all in the boat together. We've all incurred costs for this trip. Obviously, the further along we get, the more money is invested in the event. The total amount that this event is likely going to cost for approximately 70 - 80 people to attend is roughly about $20,000. As of March 2020, we're in it to roughly about $2,500. By April 2020, it will be closer to about $4,500. By May 2020, it will be about $6,000.
