Philip C. Roseman was born overseas on a military base in France on December 24, 1960. Philip attended General H. H. Arnold High School in Wiesbaden, Germany during his Freshman and Sophomore years. He went to Victor Valley High School in Victorville, California during his senior year.

Philip married Melissa Lynne Agnew in Reno, Nevada on January 30, 1982. Philip and Melissa had one child and relocated to Florida. Philip passed away at the age of 49 in Palm Bay, Florida on Saturday, May 8, 2010.
